Meet Prof. Alison Fragale! Alison is an Organizational Psychologist, keynote speaker, and Negotiation, Power, Influence Expert. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University, Alison teaches one of the top classes in the EMBA program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, called Negotiations. She was ranked as one of the “World’s Best 40 under 40” business professors by Poets and Quants in 2011. Her class is the highlight of the elective courses offered at the Kenan-Flagler Business School because she brings energy and relevance to the classroom that reaches beyond her class.
