Introduction
Please carefully review these Terms of Use as they regulate your usage of (which involves access to) Castvibes's personalized services for streaming podcasts and other media content, including all our websites and software applications that integrate or connect to these Terms (collectively, Castvibes Services) and any podcasts, music, videos, or other materials provided through Castvibes Services (the Content). By signing up for, or otherwise using, Castvibes Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must not use the Castvibes Services or access any Content.
Castvibes Services
We offer various Castvibes Service options. Certain Castvibes Service options are available for free, while other options require payment before accessing them (the Paid Subscription Plans). These paid subscription plans differ in terms of their length and their price and/or features.
Third-Party Applications and Devices
Castvibes Services may be integrated with, or may otherwise interact with, third-party applications, websites, and services (Third-Party Applications) and third-party personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, speakers, and other devices (Devices). Your use of such Third-Party Applications and Devices may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies provided to you by the applicable third party. Castvibes does not guarantee that Third-Party Applications and Devices will be compatible with Castvibes Services.
Service Limitations and Modifications
Castvibes Services may experience temporary interruptions due to technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates, including those required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. We aim to evolve and improve our Services constantly, and we may modify, suspend, or stop (permanently or temporarily) providing all or part of Castvibes Services (including particular functions, features, subscription plans, and promotional offerings). Castvibes has no obligation to provide any specific content through Castvibes Services, and Castvibes or the applicable owners may remove particular podcasts, songs, videos, and other Content without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Castvibes trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Castvibes brand (collectively, Castvibes Brand Features) are the sole property of Castvibes or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Castvibes Brand Features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
Castvibes users (listeners or content providers) may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to Castvibes services (User Content). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post.
You promise that, with respect to any User Content you post on Castvibes, (1) you own or have the right to post/publish/republish such User Content; (2) such User Content is in line with the Terms and Conditions of Castvibes. If your User Content is found to be in violation of any of the bans, Castvibes reserves the right to ask you to remove it or remove it independently if necessary.
About These Terms and Conditions
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, such as in-service messages, email, social media posts before they take effect.
