Description

In 1996, comedian/director Ben Stiller and writer/producer Judd Apatow teamed with the biggest comedy name of the the decade Jim Carrey to make The Cable Guy. The film, a sharp, twisted satire about a down-on-his-luck everyman who befriends his television cable installation technician and quickly begins to regret it. The film, which divided critics and befuddled fans of Carrey, has slowly found a group of defenders yet still hasn't been vindicated. But does it deserve such vindication or should it be shut off? MovieDude Eric, Kent and Chris tune in to find out.
