Lee Cockerell is the former VP of Operations for the entire Walt Disney World Resort. In his career with the Disney Company, Lee Cockerell opened EuroDisney (now known as Disneyland Paris), created the Disney Great Leader Strategies (which trained and developed over 7,000 leaders in Walt Disney World), and oversaw more than 40,000 cast members who worked at the Walt Disney World Resort. In the years after his retirement, Lee has written four books, he's become a prolific public speaker, and he has a weekly podcast dedicated to helping those in the guest service industry.
