There’s supposedly “mutual interest” between James Franklin and USC. I think it’s his agent talking. I discuss how Penn State can afford to pay him or lose him. Pitt takes on Western Michigan and I’m feeling good about the running game. I give my thoughts on the rest of the games for the weekend.
