Let’s talk about death, death is inevitable and it is something that everyone is faced with, be it your own impending passing or the sudden loss of someone you love. So often we find ourselves cruising through our lives in auto-pilot and only when something changes the way we live, do we become conscious in our own story. Today I’m joined by Letshego Zulu, author and wife to the late Gugu Zulu, a well known South African racing legend also known as “The Fastest Brother in Africa” who unfortunately passed away during their couple’s adventure summiting Kilimanjaro. Letshego’s book “I Choose to Live, Life After Losing Gugu” explores themes of grief and acceptance and tells the tale of Letshego choosing to live life after death.
