The FREQUENCY episode touched on so many beautiful ideas that we felt, but in a way could not totally grasp yet. Today, in this new energy, we are able to listen to the ideas and thoughts, our inspirations, and now manifest something out of them.

Frequencies are like a game, she says ‘We can decide what frequency we want to be in.’ When we are at a low frequency, we perceive the world to be connected to this. When we are at a high frequency, we see the invisible, we see light beings, we see the impossible. In these higher frequencies, we are able empower ourselves and experience ourselves as the multidimensional beings that we all are. 

This is so very important to today, with so many distractions from all different angles, it is very important to put our focus and attention on what WE want to create in the world, what WE want to contribute, who WE want to help and support.
