Examining the Disney/Fox Merger Deal

Disney's $71.3 billion proposed merger with 20th Century Fox recently got approval from the Justice Department, with a few stipulations. Host Dan Loney talks with Herbert Hovenkamp, Penn Law Professor, and Hemant Bhargava, Professor of Technology at UC Davis, to discuss the aspects of the deal and how Disney seems to have struggled less than the recent ATT-Time Warner merger on Knowledge@Wharton.
