Launching The PhilaImpact Fund in Philadelphia, PA

Andy Rachlin, Managing Director for Lending and Investment at Reinvestment Fund, has teamed up with Pedro Ramos, President and CEO of The Philadelphia Foundation, to start the PhilaImpact Fund, a new place-based impact investment opportunity targeted to the Greater Philadelphia region.
