Veterinary Telemedicine - New Web-Based App from Penn Vet

Behavioral problems is one of the major complaints among pet owners, and yet there are just a few dozen specialists in this area around the country. Penn Vet is working on a new telemedicine web-based app to expand access to these specialists to more pet owners through their primary vets.
