Wells Fargo Fined $1 Billion US Dollars

Recently, Wells Fargo bank was recently fined a total of $1 billion dollars to two federal regulators. Host Dan Loney talks with David Zaring, Associate Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at the Wharton School, Christopher Peterson, John J. Flynn Endowed Professor of Law at the University of Utah and former Special Advisor in the Office of the Director at the United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Cindy Schipani, Professor of Business Administration and Professor of Business Law at University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, to discuss whether these fines were too steep, or not steep enough, and how Wells Fargo got itself into hot water on Knowledge@Wharton.
