Iceland has taken a proactive approach of eliminating gender pay gaps by enacting a new law requiring every company to report their salary structure every 3 years to prove they do not have any pay gaps. Host Dan Loney talks with Janice Bellace, Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics and of Management at the Wharton School, Janice Maddon, Professor of Regional Science and Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania, and Thorgerdur Einarsdottir, Professor of Gender Studies at the University of Iceland, to discuss how the law came to be on Knowledge@Wharton.
