Catalonia Referendum Update with Joao Gomes and Becquer Seguin

Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont remains in Brussels, as Spain seeks to charge him and over a dozen ministers with rebellion and sedition. The European Union has largely tried to stay out of the conflict as at the region attempts to declare independence from Madrid.
