Top Chef Finalist and James Beard Award-winner Bryan Voltaggio teamed with children's advocate Anne Sheridan, the former Executive Director of the Governor's Office for Children in Maryland, to convince the State Legislature to feed hungry children a nutritious breakfast in the classroom.
