Jon Toogood ( Shihad/The Adults )

Jon Toogood is the frontman of New Zealand rock band Shihad. Shihad are one of a small percentage of N.Z. bands that has had a giant impact on every working N.Z. musician over the last 20 years, myself especially. We sat down to discuss becoming a bass player, the addictive nature of social media, making a record completely sober and being grateful everyday to be able to do what we do as musicians.
