Breaking News- Menendez Brothers may be set free. Jose Menendez, an executive at RCA Records in Los Angeles and his wife Kitty Menendez, are shot and killed with shotguns in their Beverly Hills Mansion. Lyle Menendez and his brother Erik are arrested and convicted of their murder. They are sentenced to two life sentences without the possiblity of parole. Now the top District Attorney in the area is requesting the court to resentence the Brothers----that request if granted could set the brothers free from prison.
