Good Life - Meekness (Matthew 5:5)

This week, we turn to Matthew 5:5 to learn about . . . "The Good Life".

In this lesson, we learn:

• According to Jesus, the meek have the “good life."

• “Meek” refers to those who are humble, gentle, and willing to lay aside their rights and desires for a greater good.
• Jesus is the perfect example of this kind of meekness.
• The blessing Jesus promises the meek is the inheritance of the earth.
• So let’s ask the Spirit to produce Christ-like meekness in our lives.
