In this week&#39;s bonus episode, I talk about my views on holistic health and my efforts to prioritize being self-aware. I share how valuing character and well-being go hand in hand. Intentionally setting healthy boundaries has opened my eyes to many other things. I&#39;ve been reminded of the importance of character and holding ourselves accountable for our actions. All of it is with a purpose; to not only grow as a person but to create a foundation for what I call Generational Health™.
