Sit or Lay down, go the upper world - use a rain spout, tree, rope, bird, lightening, and allow the drumbeat to be the "driver" of your journey. Ten minutes for the journey and when you hear the 4 beats and fast beats- that is the Call Back, come on back the way you came and come safely in your body with the aid of your Guardian Angel.
