To lead us into episode 3, where we are talking about Stephen King's banned book Rage, we go into details on three other books that have inspired crime. We talk about the Rushdie Riots brought on by the 1988 release of Salman Rushdie's The Satanic Verses, the book that inspired the Unabomber Ted Kaczynski and The Anarchist Cookbook.
