Redding is full of incredible leaders doing big things — and this episode is a perfect example. Joey Gartin sits down with Gerald Piper, Athletic Director and Head Varsity Football Coach at Redding Christian School, to talk about an unforgettable season: an undefeated run that ended with a 16–0 state championship win in Southern California.
They break down what it really takes to build a winning program at a small school, how the team prepared for the "David vs. Goliath" matchup, and why culture, character, and leadership matter just as much as the scoreboard. You'll also hear about Redding Christian's unique mentorship atmosphere, their upcoming campus move, and ways the community can get involved through tours and tuition scholarship support.
