Episode 1 - Failure Won’t save You from Failure

Has anyone ever told you to “fail fast?” This mentality and concept came from Silicon Valley, and that type of advice is what will fail to deliver any real results. Who wakes up in the morning and says, "I can't wait to fail today?” Not me. I don’t want you to fail fast or fail slow. I don’t want you to fail at all! Can you imagine knocking on your bosses door first thing in the morning, giving a friendly knock, peeking in, smiling and saying, “Good morning. Oh, guess what? I lost $10 million today, but at least I lost it fast.” Or maybe you say, “I lost $10 million today, but at least I lost it slowly." Failure won’t save you from failure. When you fail, you fail. What will save you from failure is your ability to improve your rate of learning. It is time for you to forget what you learned from listening to the startup founders from Silicon Valley. You need to stop failing and start learning.
