After working together at a craft cocktail bar we share some tips about visiting a high end establishment and some insight on Faure's beautiful Requiem. Sidecar: 2 oz cognac, 1/2 oz cointreau, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup, shake with ice, garnish with an orange twist (recipe from Death & Co.) With special guest Callie Langenhorst
