What is it like to run a business with an 8-hour time difference? Today I'm sharing how I've adapted my schedule, navigated communication differently and managed working with my team, whilst spending 4 weeks travelling across Australia and Bali.

Before this trip, I struggled to find much information about what the pros and cons of an 8-hour time difference would be, so I hope this episode provides an insight into how this can be a strength, rather than a setback.
