Child advocate and parenting specialist, Chelsea Vail, brings up the hard to discuss topic of race and racism in America. She addresses why she feels strongly that we're doing a disservice to all children, and specifically, the black community by teaching that racism is systemic and that white people are inherently racist. This is regressive, not progressive.
