Today we talk with Chris Shannon the CEO of FOTECH, a company that was  recently acquired by BP, as part of their Launchpad Initiative.   FOTECH has developed some unique sensing technology, based on Fiber  Optic Sensing, which was initially developed for the energy industry,  and is now being applied to Smart Cities.
