In this episode I touch on vaginal health and the importance of care & preventive measures. It’s so taboo to discuss odor, dryness and infection in the vagina. However, it is common to talk about sexual acts & and the wetness of the vagina. I hope to bring awareness of vaginal health, and open the floor for women to talk more freely about their vaginal health so that information can be passed along, problems can receive a solutions, and young girls and women can have a better understanding on how to properly take care of their bestie.
