Eco Therapy with Aimee Frazier

Aimee Frazier is a mental health therapist in Portland, Oregon. She runs a private practice called Portland Hiking Therapy where she works with clients outdoors while hiking and combining elements of eco therapy, adventure therapy, and traditional therapy.
