Empath Pain Management (Part 2): Clear & Protect Your Energy

Today's episode is for Angels and Other Lightworkers who might be feeling pain, fear, anxiety, stress, and exhaustion at this point in time. Some of you might not actually know why or what is causing all of these feelings. Some of you might be Empaths and likely are feeling the pain and emotions of those around you.  I describe many ways you can go about clearing energetic blockages, energies that are attached to you, and how you can protect your newly cleansed energy as you go about your day.
