Control the controllables. Control you first. Do what you can to minimize & present situations from occurring. Do your job first help others second. Control what you can control. Which is yourself first. Your group, team, partner, spouse, etc. Action over words. Self assess. Don’t apologize for staying true on your values & beliefs but it’s a different way to saying certain words or reacting a certain way.
