In 2004, I moved to South Florida and switched my focus from securities investing to real estate investing. I became a REALTOR, selling pre-construction condos to investors on the east coast of Florida. I relocated to the Raleigh area (Apex, NC) ten years ago, and after staying home with my twin daughters for 5 years, I reignited my real estate career and have been a residential real estate agent for the last 10 years.
