The Low Carb advocate claims that obesity is primarily caused by the ability of carbohydrate to increase insulin secretion, which makes us fat, hungry, and sluggish and there is a metabolic advantage of adopting a Low carb diet, as it will definitely lead to weight loss, how true is this claim and what does really influence weight gain and obesity?
