I am all about helping you remember how powerful you are, and if you don’t understand the concept of Epigenetics, or you haven’t ever heard that word before, I promise this episode will change your life. And I say that in the most humbled way. This is something that I’ve been piecing together for years, and this episode brings the information in a way that shows what is possible at the intersection of spirit and science.&nbsp;
Let's simplify it all, and answer some really important questions. What is epigenetics? How does our environment impact our disease risk? How important is our mindset in this process? Does our DNA carry memory? How does ancestral trauma impact us?

Episode 15: Epigenetics, simplified

In every moment of every experience, we get to choose what we think. Sometimes these thoughts serve us, and sometimes they don't. But it's the awareness of this choice that offers us true freedom. 
In our current global climate, I know it often feels like we aren't in control. Like everything is falling apart, or that someone or something is responsible for how you are feeling. But if you are open to the idea that only you can control how you feel and what your reality looks like, and it happens through being aware of your thoughts and choosing them consciously, I promise your whole life will change (in the best way).
In this episode I share some recent personal experiences to illustrate this concept, and explore why there is no such thing as "reality" in the way that we've been taught.
