Good and bad are part and parcel of this journey called Life and just as the rain is made to fall on the good and the bad, good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. It is our ability to take the blows and roll with the punches that will determine how well we can bend with the changes in life. We need to learn how to be flexible and adapt, if we want to make the best of the vicissitudes of life.

Good and bad experiences comprise the sum total of life and we need not be overwhelmed by this fact, but understand that this is just how life is. However, we must also understand that the positive and negative encounters in life, constantly revolve. As a result, we need to hang on to hope, in the times of challenge, staying prepared and ready, so that when the dark times end, we are at the place where we can again take advantage of the opportunities that will again resurface.
