Will spent several years in the private equity space before searching for something more in line with his values and passion.

This search led him to the impact investment industry and through a series of 50 coffees, came across the Impact Investment Group, a leading Australian impact investment funds manager that shifts capital towards investments that blend financial returns with deep social and environmental impact.

Will is now the Head of Venture Capital at the Impact Investment Group and is the Managing Partner of Giant Leap Fund, Australia’s first 100% impact venture capital fund.

Through the $14M fund, Giant Leap Fund has invested in local companies; Sendle, YourGrocer, GlamCorner and Switch.
