In the short podcast, I’m in conversation with one of my clients Rebecca, a 33-year-old Lebanese woman who suffers from PTSD due to war and the loss of her father at a young age and an auto immune disease that is reeked havoc on her health and her well-being for many years. She shares about her experience of working together over the last year and what it’s done for her health and well-being.
