I feel really good about episode 26. &nbsp;In this episode I talk about hallucinations and delusional thinking. &nbsp;Hallucinations are things that exist only in your mind and many of the thoughts people experience or have about their ex are hallucinations or mirages. &nbsp;It is important to understand this in order to make it easier for you to let go of your ex. &nbsp;I provide an exercise in this episode that may help you to forget about your ex. &nbsp;&nbsp;It's time to release them and take hold of the excitement, adventure and new relationship that is coming.
